Hi, I’m LaDawn Yearsley, your residential rockstar Loan Officer. I’ve been helping individuals and families get into their dream homes for over 18 years.

My husband Adam and I have 7 kids in our blended family, 3 boys and 4 girls! My hobbies include raising our children, running a side hustle of meal prep, and working out.
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. My favorite activities are running, hiking, biking, lifting, and playing music.
But my true love is cooking and knowing food.
I have been In the mortgage industry since 2005 where I started as a Mortgage Loan Processor. I then moved to a Loan Officer Assistant. In my next role I setup and closed my own loans as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I then gained the invaluable experience of working in the Lock Desk department. Here I gained insight into the post closing processes.
Learning how loans work so I can better help friends and family is what drives me as a Loan Officer. I love helping amazing people get into a new home or refinance. No matter what my clients needs are, I work hard to exceed their expectations. Nothing is more rewarding than hearing what a painless experience my clients had during their time with me.
